Who we are
Founders Credit LLC provides business-formation and administrative setup services for non-US founders. For any privacy question you can reach us at info@founderscredit.llc.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.
- Information you give us. Your name and email address when you take the eligibility quiz, request the free guide, or contact us; the answers you select in the eligibility quiz (such as your location, business stage, revenue range, and timeline); and anything you share with us on a call or by email.
- Booking information. If you schedule a call, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter (name, email, selected time, and any notes).
- Information collected automatically. Basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring links, gathered through our hosting provider and analytics, session-analytics, and advertising tools (see “Cookies, analytics & advertising” below).
How we use your information
- To assess your eligibility and respond to your enquiry.
- To send you the free guide and related information you requested.
- To schedule and conduct your strategy call.
- To provide, operate, and improve our services and website.
- To send you relevant follow-up communications — you can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.
Legal bases (for EU/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, when you request the guide or opt into marketing), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Email delivery — to send the guide and notifications.
- Scheduling — to let you book and manage your call.
- Hosting & analytics — to serve the website and understand basic traffic (including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).
- Advertising & measurement — to measure and improve our ad campaigns. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API; this includes sharing a hashed (pseudonymised) version of identifiers such as your email address, together with technical data like your IP address, with Meta to match and attribute conversions.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Founders Credit, our clients, or others. If our business is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for transfers of personal information out of the EEA or UK.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and the performance of our campaigns. These include Google Analytics (traffic analytics), Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session recordings and heatmaps that show how the page is used), and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API (to measure and attribute ad conversions). To match conversions, a hashed version of identifiers such as your email address — together with technical data like your IP address — may be shared with Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based ads through your Google and Meta ad settings; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — typically while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards — and longer where the law requires it. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@founderscredit.llc and we will respond within the time required by law.
Children
Our services are for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
